A New Year's Resolution in a Word...

Happy New Year Everyone!!! So this year I decided to have a New Year's Resolution WORD. My word is ENHANCE. I would like to work on enhancing ME. :) I hope to improve my culinary skills this year, work on my scrapbooking techniques & scrap n stamp MORE, work on growing my business and customer base, work on strengthening my family & friends relationships and really working on my spiritual relationship with God. A more enhanced version of me in 2010 would be great! Charlene 2.0 in twentyten! What would be your word?

A couple of last minute Christmas ideas!

Happy Christmas everyone!! I have finally gotten settled into our new place. I feel bad for not posting more! I've also been consumed by reading the Twilight series. I decided to read the 3rd and 4th book after seeing the movies last week. They are hard to put down!
So, if you need an idea for some last minute things...you are in the right place! I'm so last minute this year, it's terrible. I have LOTS to do! UGH! I just used a circle punch and a scallop circle punch on these then stamped the back with To: and From:. Then of course added a little bling with stickles!

So, drove to San Jose to watch the Sharks game yesterday. I would just like to say that it seemed like the worst officiated game EVER. The refs were terrible!!! It went to a shootout and unfortunately the Sharks lost :( It was a pretty good game, each team did score twice. Tonight they play in Phoenix! I just love hockey...my boyfriend turned me into a fan. :)
We also did some Christmas shopping at the Great Mall of the Bay Area. I grew up right across the street before the condos and the mall when there were just fields there. Everything has changed SO much! Anyway, they have some of the best outlet stores there! Abercrombie and Fitch, Hollister, GAP, COACH (my fav)...I think my boyfriend got me a little some'in some'in from there - they were passing out extra 20% off coupons all day yesterday. ;) Check them out if you can, there are some fabulous deals!

My First Class!

Last night was my first class! It was soooo much fun. The ladies that attended were so sweet and fun. Thank you to Michelle, Jeanette and Caroline! They received some special free gifts for being the first ones to attend my class. I forgot my camera to take some photos but I did take a couple with my phone, sorry they aren't the best pictures - bummer. I will remember photos for next time!! Michelle and Jeanette were great and totally posed for this picture! :)

And here is my sister, Caroline. It was pretty cool because Jeanette and Michelle were sisters too!

I'm so excited because I just ordered the class supplies for some ChristmasDec/Jan classes I have planned. We'll be making cards, gift tags, cute last minute gifts and another super cute mini album...all with Cosmo Cricket's Jolly By Golly and Oh Joy paper. I'm so excited and I can't wait! And I promise...better pictures!! :)
